Title: Air Emissions Inventory
Start date: 20 Jul 2015

The objective of this Pollution Reduction Program is to develop an inventory of the various sources, concentration and load of key air pollutants emitted from the premises.
By no later than 30 September 2015, the licensee must engage an appropriately qualified contractor(s) to undertake the following: Identify the sources of air emissions (both point source and diffuse) from the premises and the key pollutants emitted; Detail what air emission control equipment is at the premises including:         - the Grouping of the control equipment under the Protection of the Environment Operations         (Clean Air) Regulation 2010 ("Clean Air Regulation");         -  the current maintenance program for the control equipment; and          -  an assessment of the effectivess of the control equipment. Identify what air emissions are uncontrolled; Quantify the key pollutants emitted from the identified point and diffuse sources (ie concentrations and load), and compare the concentrations to the limits prescribed by the Clean Air Regulation (where applicable); and Undertake a risk assessment to rank/prioritise the air emissions based on the risk these emissions pose to the environment.
By no later than 30 October 2015, the licensee must submit to the Manager Sydney Industry, EPA, PO Box 668, Parramatta, NSW, 2124 a report which: Addresses the requirements outlined in U1.2; Outline recommendations to improve the management of and/or reduce air emissions (point source and/or diffuse); and Provide an action plan (including timeframes) to improve the management of air emissions from the premises.
