L1 Pollution of Wate At 12.15am on 19/3/2021, discharge was recorded from the Mandalong South Surface Site (MSSS) Stockpile Dam. The discharge has continued from 19 March to 23 March 2021. The overflow from the MSSS Stockpile Dam was into a tributary of Morans Creek. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 5
L2.4 Water and / or Discharge from LDP004 from 9.40pm on 18/3/2021 to approximately midnight on 21/3/21. The total suspended solids (TSS) result of the discharge from LDP004 was 800mg/L on 19/3/21 and 485 mg/L on 20/3/21. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 2
