L1 Pollution of wate At 8.00am on 9 February 2020, water was recorded discharging from the Mandalong South Surface Site (MSSS) Stockpile Dam. The time for the cessation of the discharge is unknown as the MSSS was inaccessible due to flooding. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 1
L2.4 Water and / or Discharge from LDP004 (EPL Point 11) on Thursday 20 February 2020. A pH result of 8.52 was recorded at LDP004 on 20/2/20 which exceeded the EPL pH limit (6.5 - 8.5). Appropriate Action taken by licensee 1
L2.4 Water and or la Discharge from LDP004 (EPL Point 11) on 19 and 20 February 2020. The total suspended solids (TSS) result of the discharges from LDP004 was 57 mg/L on 18/2/20 and 131 mg/L on 19/2/20 which exceeded the EPL TSS limit of 50mg/L. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 2
L2.4 Water and / or Discharge from LDP004 (EPL Point 11) from 10.20pm on 7 February 2020 to 10.30am on Monday 10 February 2020. TSS result of the discharge from LDP004 was 705 mg/L on 7/2/20, 535 mg/L on 8/2/20 and 216 mg/L on 10/2/20. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 3

The discharge continued until approximately 11am on 27 July 2020. The overflow from the MSSS Stockpile Dam was into Morans Creek. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 1
