Licence Condition
By 1 July 2019, the licensee must prepare a preliminary assessment and consult with EPA to identify and advise the EPA of its preferred option for ceasing the discharge of untreated groundwater from the premises in particular, the discharge from Cooks Dam to Wangcol Creek.
By 31 December 2019, the licensee must submit the finalised options assessment considering feedback from U2.1, completion of remaining groundwater investigations and stakeholder consultation.
