Title: Removal of Tertiary Pond from treatment process

Licence Condition
By 31 October 2020, the licensee must engage a suitably qualified person/s to assess the Tertiary Ponds at the premises. This assessment must include (but not be limited to): 1. An assessment of the feasibility and suitability of decommissioning all of the Tertiary Ponds; 2. An assessment of the feasibility and suitability of decommissioning part of the Tertiary Ponds; 3. An assessment of the feasibility and suitability of retaining the Tertiary Ponds at the premises but     bypassing them, so that effluent flows from the Catch Pond to the UV filtration system to the discharge     point; 4. Recommendations on the most appropriate option from the above assessment; and 5. Details on the implementation of the recommended option, including timeframes for implementation. 
By 30 November 2021, the licensee must implement the recommended option/s outlined in U1.1 above.
By 31 December 2021, the licensee must provide a report outlining completion of U1.3 above to the Manager Regional Operations, South East Region of NSW EPA.
By 16 November 2020, the licensee must provide a report outlining completion of U1.1 above to the Manager Regional Operations, South East Region NSW EPA.
