Licence Condition
The licensee must prepare a Sewerage Network Integrity Report (the report) for the sewerage reticulation system. The report may use data and reports already developed by the licensee. The report must be prepared by an appropriately qualified and experienced person and: a) Include condition assessment of the sewerage network including pump stations. b) Include a risk assessment for the sewerage network, considering the likelihood and impact (public health and environmental) of dry weather surcharges. The risk assessment should be informed by the condition assessment in (a) and the sensitivity of the environment likely to be impacted. c) Provide a program of works for the next five years that aims to decrease dry weather surcharges to the environment. The program of works must be informed by the risk assessment in (b) and include actions to reduce the number of chokes, breaks and other failures. The report must be provided to the EPA by 1 December 2026.
By 1 December 2029, the licensee must provide an update to the report, including the program of works for the following five years.
