The CCP Slurry Pump at CCP Loading Facility was on manual mode and overflowed for approximately 22 minutes without automatic shutoff. Overflow contained and managed onsite. Licensee has rectified matter.

Excessive dust was emitted from the EPS Ash Dam which left site. Follow up events occurred on the 7th & 10th of October 2016. Cause was improper management. EPA issued Penalty Notice 3085780868 on 13/01/2017.
