Licence Condition
The licensee is to undertake noise monitoring and assessment to determine compliance with the noise limit conditions in the licence at the residence located at 599 Roxburgh Rd, Muswellbrook. The monitoring and assessment must be undertaken in accordance with the methodology provided to the EPA by the licencee titled 'J15008L5 Noise monitoring revised (EPA) 20150604' and dated 5 June 2015. The licensee must submit a report detailing the findings of the noise monitoring and assessment to the EPA at hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by no later than 3 August 2015.
